Earlier this month, the District welcomed Ms. Jennifer Lambert to the role of Math Supervisor, K-12. Ms. Lambert comes to Nutley from  Lyndhurst Middle School, where, since 2020, she has been a Technology Specialist. There, she implemented Professional Development, wrote mathematics curriculum and wrote and received several grants for technologies in the classroom and SEL curriculum. Earlier in her career, she was a sixth grade math teacher.

 

Ms. Lambert has a BS in Mathematics and Education and a MA in Teaching, both from the College of New Jersey. 

 

Ms. Lambert looks forward to, “fostering a positive and inclusive school culture, and empowering teachers to deliver high-quality instruction that meets the diverse needs of students.” 

 

About

The Nutley School District serves approximately 4,100 students in Kindergarten through grade 12. The five elementary schools serve students K-6 and include Lincoln School, Radcliffe School, Spring Garden School, Washington School and Yantacaw School. John H. Walker Middle School serves students in grades 7-8 while Nutley High School addresses the needs of students in grades 9-12.
