Early Intervention: For children ages birth to 3 years old

Families with developmental concerns about children under the age of 3 may seek assistance from the Early Intervention System. If your child is under the age of three, and you have concerns about developmental (behavioral, speech, language, or motor skills), please contact Early Intervention at Family Link, Inc.- a regional service for Essex, Morris, Sussex, Union and Warren Counties in New Jersey.

The New Jersey Early Intervention System (NJEIS), under the Division of Family Health Services, implements New Jersey's statewide system of services for infants and toddlers, birth to age three, with developmental delays or disabilities, and their families. The Department of Health is appointed by the Governor as the state lead agency for the Early Intervention System.

The Nutley School District serves approximately 4,100 students in Kindergarten through grade 12. The five elementary schools serve students K-6 and include Lincoln School, Radcliffe School, Spring Garden School, Washington School and Yantacaw School. John H. Walker Middle School serves students in grades 7-8 while Nutley High School addresses the needs of students in grades 9-12.
