This month, the Middle School welcomed Mrs. Christina Guariglia to the role of Vice Principal. A familiar face in John Walker Middle School, Mrs. Guariglia has been a 7th and 8th grade English Language Arts teacher since 2013. She received her BA and MA in Educational Leadership from Montclair State University.

As the new Vice Principal, Mrs. Guariglia will work closely with Principal Materia to support students and teachers throughout the building, fostering  communication, trust and respect.

“I have had such a great experience transitioning into this role and I am excited to continue being a part of our JHWMS community in this new position,” said Mrs. Guariglia. “I am surrounded by a phenomenal staff and the most incredible students.”
